Overview:
The menopause is a natural stage of life that can bring changes to health and wellbeing. Many people experience symptoms such as hot flushes, sleep disturbance, joint pain, mood changes, and fatigue. Support is available both in your community and through NHS services.
What Are Menopause Champions?
Menopause Champions are trained individuals in workplaces and communities who:

Provide confidential support and a listening ear

Share trusted NHS information and resources

Help normalise conversations around menopause

Signpost to professional medical help if needed
Why it Matters:

Almost all women will experience menopause, usually between ages 45–55

Symptoms can affect both home and work life

Talking openly helps break stigma and ensures support is in place
