Welcome To The Practice

This website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.

Practice History

The practice was set up in the mid 1970s and moved to the present purpose-built premises on the site of the old St Dials School in 1983. Since that time the building has been further extended in order to provide as wide a range of general medical services as possible. The practice serves the town of Cwmbran and is the largest general medical practice in the town, serving approximately 20% of the population. The partnership consists of seven doctors (not all full-time), five of whom are female GPs. In our quest for the promotion of good health and the effective treatment of illness, we are constantly striving to provide a better service for our patients.
