Practice
History
The
practice was set up in the mid 1970s and moved to the present purpose-built
premises on the site of the old St Dials School in 1983. Since that
time the building has been further extended in order to provide
as wide a range of general medical services as possible. The practice
serves the town of Cwmbran and is the largest general medical practice
in the town, serving approximately 20% of the population. The partnership
consists of seven doctors (not all full-time), five of whom are female
GPs. In our quest for the promotion of good health and the effective
treatment of illness, we are constantly striving to provide a better
service for our patients. We have added an in-house counselling
service, as well as acupuncture to the services we provide.
